We email when a bill in Sacramento needs letters from constituents. Committee votes are often decided by a handful of them, and letters from patients carry weight that letters from practitioners do not.

Where your dues go
Supporting dues fund CSOMA’s work in Sacramento: a contract lobbyist, position statements on every bill that touches acupuncture scope or coverage, and the coalition work that defeated AB 2497’s dry needling provision in May. CSOMA is a California 501(c)(6) nonprofit; the association is funded by its members, not by grants.
